Leaders of Our Future (LOF) is a transformative youth leadership initiative empowering young minds with confidence, emotional intelligence, and future-ready skills.
Teen years are a powerful time for self-discovery. Our programmes guide young minds to develop emotional intelligence, communication skills, and purpose-driven leadership.
Today’s teens need more than just good grades; they also require confidence, critical thinking, emotional awareness, and collaboration skills. Our Teen Leadership Programme helps young people reach their potential through engaging experiences.
Students will actively develop self-awareness, master various leadership styles, enhance their problem-solving skills, cultivate resilience, and acquire essential skills for both academic and personal success. Upon completion of all 4 modules, students will achieve a “Level 2 Young Leaders Award” from the Institute of Leadership and Management*.
Course Delivery
The course takes place weekly throughout the academic term. You can choose between in-person and online classes. Learning is active and engaging, with a focus on practical experiences rather than textbooks.
