Got Questions? We’re Here to Help

We understand that choosing the right program for your child is an important decision. Here are answers to some of the most common questions parents and students ask about Leaders of Our Future.

Our programs are designed for children and teens aged 7 to 17, with tailored content for each age group to ensure age-appropriate learning and engagement.

Unlike traditional academics, we focus on leadership, emotional intelligence, and real-world skills to prepare students for life—not just exams.

To enrol your child, you will first need to create a parent account on our portal. Please click here for our step-by-step Getting Started video.

We firmly believe that leadership concepts and theories need practice and consistent application. Therefore, our courses are delivered as weekly interactive workshops and simulations.

Of our current offerings, the course for 10-12 year olds, as well as our Summer Accelerated Leadership Programme are both only available in-person in Manchester, United Kingdom.

Our Teen Leadership Programme (for ages 13 and over) is available both online and in-person (Manchester and Hertfordshire) in the UK.

In Pakistan, we only offer our Teen Leadership Programme (for ages 13 and over) online.

Our online courses are delivered live.

All our courses are delivered by experienced tutors based in the UK.

Enrolment is termly, so you will need to sign up in the subsequent terms for the remaining modules. The price is charged per module, and in the first term includes a one-off non-refundable ILM registration fee. Due to this, the fees for the subsequent 3 terms will be lesser than the first term's fees.

The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is the UK's leading provider of specialist leadership qualifications. You can find our more about ILM here.

The £60 registration fee is passed on directly to ILM to register the student for the Level 2 Young Leaders Award. ILM requires that this registration happens within 12 weeks of a student registering for one of their courses, which is why we charge this fees upfront in the first term. This fee is akin to a music exam fee (such as RockSchool) or a LAMDA exam fee.

We completely understand that the budding leaders of our future often have many existing demands on their time, whether it is due to attending academically rigorous schools or from having varied interests that occupy a lot of their time. We aim to cover as much of the material as possible within our sessions - after all, this is a course that requires active participation and teamwork. There will occasionally be minimal assignments for home, for e.g.,  a skills or interests survey.

We offer both formats depending on the program and location. Parents can choose the option that best fits their child’s needs and schedule.

Velit sociosqu purus enim pharetra sed sem at iaculis. Felis ridiculus adipiscing dignissim eros pellentesque mus vitae litora. Felis nullam tortor phasellus viverra ut arcu. Euismod magnis ante convallis vulputate odio augue sit pretium dapibus.

Absolutely! Our safe, encouraging environment helps even the quietest children gain confidence, open up, and shine in their own unique way.

Our instructors are highly trained professionals with backgrounds in education, coaching, and leadership development, passionate about nurturing young minds.

Program durations vary—some are short-term workshops while others run over several weeks or months. Each is designed for maximum impact and growth.

Each of the four modules of this course is spread over 13 weeks of workshops.

In the UK, this is closely aligned to the English state school schedule - our first module begins in the week of 8th September, 2025, and carries on for 13 weeks, with a 1 week break during half-term week (week of 27th Oct, 2025). The next module will then begin in January.

In Pakistan, our principle continues to be to align to school schedules, by striking a balance between school holidays, final exams and finishing the course in a timely fashion. Our first module begins in the last week of August (week of 25th Aug, 2025) and carries on for 13 weeks straight, with the last session taking place the week of 17th November, 2025. The 2nd module will start in the week straight after, but we will have a break in December, when there are school holidays. Similarly, we will not hold classes during school final exams in April/May and resume in June.

Currently, only our Summer and Autumn course offerings are available for booking. We will maintain the same schedule (day of week, time and venue) for all terms*.

*Barring any unavoidable major circumstances

Online courses are delivered live by experienced tutors based in the UK.  Therefore, your child must attend the course at the scheduled day and time of the week.

We do not currently offer any pre-recorded courses - our current courses have a huge participation and teamwork element and therefore work best live.

We offer both online and in-person choices to suit people's preferences. This choice also enables us to serve a wider range of times and geographies.

Our online courses are delivered through Microsoft Teams, and the format is very similar to our in-person courses. Our courses have a huge participation and teamwork element - we are able to achieve this through the technology where during a course we are able to allocate team members to their own team-space/rooms. Every student is required to have their video and microphone on during each session and the tutor will facilitate appropriately to encourage active participation.

Of our current offerings, only the Summer Accelerated Leadership Programme is scheduled with daily sessions. Our 10-12 course as well as our Teen Leadership Programme run as weekly sessions.

The cost of each course varies depending on factors such as age-group. Please visit the individual course pages and click on Enrol Now to see the pricing information. Payment is due before the start of each module.

Yes, students receive a certificate of completion that recognizes their growth and achievements in leadership and soft skills.

Progress is tracked through interactive activities, feedback sessions, self-reflections, and mentor assessments rather than conventional exams.
